Events increase revenue and razzle dazzle with digital signage in Cobo Center

Cobo Center has an extensive digital signage system that, when added to the full facility fiber optic network and fully equipped broadcast studio, lends one of the most hi-tech event support offerings in the industry today. Cobo's technology offers customers  opportunities for new revenue streams, hybrid attendance revenue, advertising and sponsorship, and real time news or event broadcasts from anywhere in the facility.

The extensive system of 100 interior digital signs helps customers market events in a variety of ways: live stream broadcasting; advertising; sponsorship highlights and event information distribution. Events can submit their own content or request assistance with graphic design from Cobo's Technology Services team.

The Cobo Center marquee digital sign provides a unique opportunity for planners to highlight their event and sponsors on the giant 160-foot x 30-foot sign that overlooks Cobo Square, Jefferson Avenue, Hart Plaza, the Detroit Crown Plaza and the Detroit Riverwalk.  One full size graphic for each event is complimentary. Commercial sponsorship and advertising revenue opportunities are available on the exterior digital diplay on the outside corner of Cobo Center at Washington Bouvelard and Congress Street. The two 60-foot x 25-foot signs create 3.000 square-feet of advertising space that runs 24 hours a day in the heart of the downtown Detroit financial district.
