EVENT: YOGA ON THE RIVER BENEFITING FORGOTTEN HARVEST

Join us for an outdoor yoga session on Cobo Square, overlooking the Detroit skyline, and help your hungry neighbors at the same time. A $10 donation to Forgotten Harvest is the price of admission, an organization dedicated to relieving hunger and preventing food waste in Metro Detroit.

For every dollar donated, Forgotten Harvest provides four free meals to a family in need. This class will be hosted by Forgotten Harvest’s Emerging Leaders Council, a group dedicated to connecting young professionals to the mission & work of Forgotten Harvest.

Sara from Citizen Yoga will be instructing a 1-hour yoga class.

Parking is available for $10/ car on the Cobo roof. 

5-6P M: Registration
6-7 PM: Yoga
7-8 PM: Refreshments and social hour

Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. In case of inclement weather, the session will take place indoors in the Cobo Center atrium.
