Zumba with Ivy
Join us, Wednesday, June 26 for a Zumba session located at the Cobo Center in the 260 Pre Function.
We highly encourage donations of $10 or more.
All proceeds from the event will go directly to Paws With a Cause. Paws With A Cause enhances the independence and quality of life for people with disabilities nationally through custom trained Assistance Dogs. PAWS increases awareness of the rights and roles of Assistance Dog Teams through education and advocacy.
What is Zumba®? A type of group physical training program conducted by Ivy Mitchell. As former military personnel, her program is designed to build strength, as well as tighten tone and build endurance through a variety of effective, yet fun group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.
Event-day registration will begin at 5:30 PM and the session will begin at 6:00 PM.
Parking is available for $10/ car in the Congress Garage. Bike racks are available. Cobo Center is home to a MoGo Station, People Mover Station and is 2 blocks away from the Congress Q-Line Stop.
Please bring a water bottle and positive vibes.
